About The Program
Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is Australia’s premier qualification for leaders who manage organisational learning, workforce development, and training functions. This is not an entry-level course—it’s a graduate-level qualification designed for experienced managers who want to formalize their expertise in learning strategy, capability development, and educational leadership.
Over 52 weeks, you’ll develop the skills to design and implement enterprise-wide learning strategies, lead organisational transformation, manage RTO operations, and drive innovation in how organisations develop their people. This qualification is built around strategic thinking, research, and leadership—not delivery or facilitation. By the end, you’ll have the credentials to work as a Learning & Development Director, RTO Manager, or Chief Learning Officer.
This course is designed for people already working in senior L&D roles, HR leadership, or training management who need a formal qualification to match their experience, or for those transitioning from operational training roles into strategic leadership positions. It’s evidence-based, research-focused, and aligned with how high-performing organisations approach workforce capability.

From Enquiry To Trade Qualification In 4 Clear Steps
Most training colleges make enrollment feel like a bureaucratic maze. We don’t. Here’s exactly what happens after you contact us:
Step 1: Get in Touch (Today)
Drop an enquiry through the form, WhatsApp us, or email. Our support team responds within 24 hours—by phone, email, or WhatsApp, depending on how you reached out. No auto-replies. Actual people.
Step 2: Check Eligibility (1-2 Days)
We'll review your documents: Year 12 results, English proficiency (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent), and ID. If something's missing or needs clarification, we'll tell you exactly what to fix. If you're borderline on English, we'll help you figure out your options.
Step 3: Secure Your Spot (3-5 Days)
Once you're eligible, you pay an initial deposit to reserve your place. International students: we process your Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) so you can apply for your student visa. Domestic students: we finalize admission and send you the enrolment paperwork.
Step 4: Start Building (January or April 2026)
Show up to orientation week, meet your trainers and classmates, get your White Card safety certification, and start hands-on work in the workshop. No surprises. Just clear direction.
Note: If you’re a domestic student, the process is even faster—we skip the visa step and move straight from admission to fees to start date.
FAQs
Do I need L&D experience to enroll?
Yes. This is a graduate-level qualification, not an entry-level course. You need either an Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's degree OR at least 5 years of demonstrated management experience in learning & development, HR, or organisational leadership.
What's included in the $10,000 fee?
All training, assessments, learning materials, access to research databases and case study resources, and online learning platforms. Not included: your laptop and any professional membership fees (if you choose to join L&D associations).
Can I work while studying?
Yes. International students on a student visa can work up to 48 hours per fortnight during term time, unlimited during scheduled breaks. Domestic students have no restrictions. Many students in this course work full-time in senior L&D or management roles while studying.
What if I don't have IELTS 6.0?
You can take an English test through another provider. If you've completed an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Australia within the last 3 years where English was the medium of instruction, that may satisfy the requirement. Contact us to confirm.
How do I apply for a scholarship?
Get in touch via enquiry form, email, or WhatsApp. We'll assess your eligibility and let you know what's available.
Is this qualification recognized for RTO management roles?
Yes. This qualification is specifically designed for individuals managing RTOs or leading learning functions within vocational education. It meets industry expectations for RTO Manager and RTO Director roles.
Will this qualification let me deliver training?
No. This is a strategic leadership qualification, not a training delivery qualification. If you want to deliver training and assessment, you need TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This graduate diploma is for people who MANAGE learning functions, not deliver them.
Do I need workplace experience during the course?
Some units require work-based assessments or projects. If you're currently working in an L&D or management role, you can use your workplace as the context for assessments. If you're not currently working in a relevant role, we can arrange simulated workplace scenarios.
